 Education:
Universidad de Costa Rica, Licenciado en Derecho (Juris Doctor) degree
and Notary Public; further studies in Maritime and Aeronautic Law.
Areas of Specialization: Corporate and Business Law, Maritime Law and Aeronautical
Law.

Tomás is the President and founding partner of Bufete Nassar.
He has been involved in the aviation and transportation industries for
many years. In many occasions he has been appointed as Head of Delegation
and Delegate from the Costa Rican government before international commissions
and organizations such as GATT, OACI, OES, COCATRAM, COCESNA.
Mr. Nassar has a wide experience in advising major airlines and cargo
carriers in their business set up and operations in Costa Rica and other
Central America countries, as well as the regulatory matters involved.
He has also been the President of the Costa Rican Association on Maritime
Law (1981 to date), the Latin American Institute of Maritime Law (2000-2001)
and the Costa Rican International Airlines Association ALA (President
of the Association of International Airlines, ALA, 2000-2001, 2001-2003
and 2003-to date). He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association,
the American Bar Association, among others.

| NIDIA CORDERO PADILLA |
 Education:
Universidad de Costa Rica, Licenciada en Derecho (Juris Doctor) degree
and Notary Public; Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnologia,
ULACIT, graduate studies on Public Law.
Areas of Practice: Administrative and Aeronautic Law.
Languages: Spanish and English
From 1990 to 1996 Nidia was the Director of the Legal Department and Head
of the Costa Rican Aeronautic Registry of the General Direction of Civil
Aviation in Costa Rica. Nidia returned to private practice at Bufete Nassar
in 1996, and has been continuously involved in aviation related matters
advising airlines and major cargo carriers. She is a member of the Costa
Rican Bar Association.

Areas of Specialization: Corporate, Aeronautic, Antitrust Law.
Languages: Spanish and English
Alina has acted as legal advisor in corporate, regulatory and day- to –day
matters of airlines. She has also represented the interests of airlines
before the antitrust and consumer protection authorities in cases of investigations
and claims filed against the airlines. She is a member of the Costa Rican
Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
