Hans Wassgren

Hans Wassgren joined WASELIUS & WIST in 2000. Mr. Wassgren obtained his LL.M. from the Law Faculty of the University of Helsinki in 1994 and an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Leiden in 1998. Prior to his engagement with WASELIUS & WIST , Mr. Wassgren trained at the bench in 1995-1996, and from 1997 to 2000, he worked as a Legal Advisor at the Iran – United States Claims Tribunal, The Hague. Mr. Wassgren’s main areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, finance law, mergers and acquisitions and aviation law. Mr. Wassgren has participated in a number of aircraft sale, lease and sale & leaseback transactions advising clients on various aspects on such transactions and in particular on security arrangements in connection therewith.
