 Francis
Meyrier is the Senior Partner at Meyrier Fayout
Lacoste and specialises in large commercial litigation and arbitrations
in France and abroad. He also has wide experience in all aspects of domestic
and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’
agreements and related security packages.

member of the Paris Bar since 1969, Francis is also a member of the
International Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association
