Education:
Universidad de Costa Rica, Licenciado en Derecho (Juris Doctor) degree
and Notary Public; further studies in Maritime and Aeronautic Law.
Areas of Specialization: Corporate and Business Law, Maritime Law and Aeronautical
Law.
Languages: Spanish and English
Tomás is the President and founding partner of Bufete Nassar.
He has been involved in the aviation and transportation industries for
many years. In many occasions he has been appointed as Head of Delegation
and Delegate from the Costa Rican government before international commissions
and organizations such as GATT, OACI, OES, COCATRAM, COCESNA.
Mr. Nassar has a wide experience in advising major airlines and cargo
carriers in their business set up and operations in Costa Rica and other
Central America countries, as well as the regulatory matters involved.
He has also been the President of the Costa Rican Association on Maritime
Law (1981 to date), the Latin American Institute of Maritime Law (2000-2001)
and the Costa Rican International Airlines Association ALA (President
of the Association of International Airlines, ALA, 2000-2001, 2001-2003
and 2003-to date). He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association,
the American Bar Association, among others.

MEJIA CANO |
Education:
Universidad Centroamericana (UCA), Managua, Nicaragua, Licenciada en
Derecho (Juris Doctor) degree; Universidad Autónoma de Nicaragua
(UNAM), Graduate degree in Economy with emphasis in Economical Politics,
Universidad Católica Redemtoris Mater (UNICA), Master on Business
Law; Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI), Graduate degree
on Project Planning, Evaluation and Management.
Areas of Practice: Corporate and business law, commercial law, Aviation.
Languages: Spanish and Portuguese
Marcela has been actively involved in advising airlines in corporate as
well as regulatory and day- to –day matters related to their operations
in Nicaragua. She is a member of the Nicaraguan Bar Association and the
Nicaragua's Attorney Association (ASANIC).
