2002 to date) and President (2000-2001) of the Instituto
Iberoamericano de Derecho Maritimo. Secretary (1996, 1997, 1998),
Vice-President (1996-2000) and President (2000-2005) of the
International Airlines Association in Costa Rica. Board Member and
Vice-President of the National Chamber of Tourism; Legal Advisor of
the National Chamber of Ship Owners and Steamer Agents, of the
Costa Rican Association of International Cargo Agencies (ACACIA),
of the Costa Rica Chamber of Food Industry (CACIA), among others.
