in respect of traditional and export credit backed financings, sale
and lease agreements as well as regulatory matters such as
registration, Cape Town and customs matters. The firm has
also advised a major regional airline on the reflagging of its
fleet from Oman to Bahrain and has been heavily involved in the
privatisation of Seeb and Salalah airports including the ground
handling and cargo handling arrangements following the
privatisation.
