Bridget has experience in advising
clients on the personnel aspects of European and offshore
technology outsourcing projects including: all aspects of the
transfer of staff under TUPE and the wider European implications,
transfers to new service providers and from incumbent service
providers to replacement suppliers or back in-house, informing and
consulting employee representatives and unions, drafting and
negotiating personnel related liability provisions, warranties and
indemnities and advising on apportionment of risk, transfer related
dismissals and apportionment of costs and potential pitfalls. In
addition, Bridget advises on recruitment and resourcing issues,
status of workers and atypical workers, data protection in the
workplace and drafts service agreements, contracts of employment,
staff handbooks, policies and procedures.
