and protection advice to include trade mark registrations; and
dealing with intellectual property disputes including patent
infringement, breach of copyright, design infringement, trade mark
disputes and passing off matters both through the courts and
alternative dispute resolution. Jill also has experience of
cross-border enforcement of intellectual property rights and domain
name dispute resolution.
