foreign beneficial ownership of U.S. registered aircraft, tax and
bankruptcy implications, air carrier certification, airworthiness
requirements, insurance aspects, and attachment procedures and
other litigation-related aspects of the practice. Beyond the U.S.,
our lawyers have represented a number of foreign certificated
airlines and have extensive experience in aviation transactions in
virtually every country in Latin America and throughout the
Caribbean, as well as Canada, England, Ireland, France, Taiwan,
Nepal, Jordan, and elsewhere in Europe. Our lawyers have over
seventy years of combined experience in the aviation industry and
have assisted clients in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean, Latin
America and Europe with all aspects of their transaction aviation
needs, both complex and routine, foreign and domestic. Our firm has
represented lenders, airlines, manufacturers, high-net worth
individuals, flight departments and suppliers in connection with
the acquisition, sale, structuring (including tax), financing and
leasing of private and commercial aircraft, engines and aircraft
