Richard Brown is the co-chair of the
Intellectual Property group of De Sola Pate & Brown and he is
the head of the international division, concentrating particularly
in the trademark area.
He joined the firm in 1985 following a number of years as
trademark counsel to several renowned intellectual property law
firms and multinational companies, primarily in New York City.
Richard is registered with the Bar Association of Caracas as an
International Advisor in Intellectual Property. He is also
admitted to practice in New York (1965) and before the U.S. Supreme
Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, and the U.S.
District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New
York.
